Treatment and Intervention

In our practice, therapy services are provided by psychologists, psychotherapists, and social workers.  We work with children, adolescents, and adults, as well as couples and families.

We use evidence-based treatments, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, and other modalities.  We often find that an eclectic approach is effective in addressing the range of concerns that clients bring to therapy.

Following the initial meeting, the professional will determine the most effective approach to address the client’s concerns and treatment goals.

If we feel unable to assist with the presenting concerns, we will assist in facilitating appropriate referrals to other professionals in the community.

The following list includes the areas for which we provide comprehensive assessment, treatment, and consultation:

  • Developmental delay
  • Learning difficulties
  • Attention problems (ADHD)
  • Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD)
