COVID-19 Info


We plan to begin seeing some clients in the office.  Our focus will be on assessment clients whose services have been postponed by the office closure.

As we re-open , we want to share our new procedures as well as ask clients to follow some updated procedures for appointments so we can continue to limit the spread of COVID-19.

We are:
-screening staff and clients prior to sessions
-increasing cleaning of high-touch surfaces and testing materials
-using Plexiglass shields during in-person assessment
-closing our waiting room
-using hand sanitizer and regular hand hygiene

We ask our clients to:

Current Assessment Clients:
Your clinician will reach out to you to determine whether making an appointment is appropriate at this time.  Please do not come to the office unless you have an appointment.

We ask that clients coming to the office for an appointment print and complete the COVID-19 In-person Service Consent form (link at the bottom of this page) to bring to your appointment.  If you have any questions, please reach out to your clinician directly.

For Assessment Clients for Whom an Intake has been delayed:
We appreciate your patience as we begin our gradual re-opening.  We are processing current assessment clients first and will work toward rescheduling intakes as quickly as possible, but we are working at a reduced capacity to allow for cleaning and distancing, so new clients may not be seen before the fall.

Current Therapy Clients:
We will continue to see clients virtually, unless your clinician reaches out to you directly.
